A page dedicated to exploring Surrealism and the influence it has on popular culture. It’s so often a word that doesn’t get used, and I want to change that. It subverts and it confuses but in the end it shows us elements of our psyche that we didn’t even know existed. It sometimes seems to be the only way to look at the world and make sense of it.

Expect both accounts of specific surrealist figures or movements as well as my own reviews of surrealist works. Everything from paintings and theatre to films and TV. I’ll also be trying to promote any contemporary artists, filmakers, poets etc so you can discover them as well. Basically if it’s weird, i’ll be taking a look at it and will probably start to ramble.
